StarTunz Order FAQ What are the prices for these wonderful items? Our Prices are all marked on the product pages, right next to the order button. (Wholesale inquiries are invited!) Is my credit card payment secure? Yes! Payments through our shopping cart are taken by Secure Pay or PayPal - leaders in Internet Security. Both use the most secure encryption technology available. Can I order by phone rather than online? Yes! Feel free to telephone in your order to us at 541-359-0952 or toll free at 877-233-5938. For your convenience, you may first go through our cart as usual, select your items, and upon check out, simply choose "Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone". This way, we'll receive a copy of your order via email, so all you'll need to provide us with is your credit card information. You may call in your order at any time including nights and weekends - if you happen to receive the voicemail, just leave a message. Someone will return your call promptly! Can I order by mail? Yes! To use regular mail, just use the shopping cart as usual. At the bottom of the cart, choose the payment option "pay with check or money order" from the drop down box. Your order will be shown in a printable format; just fill in your personal information (name, shipping address, etc.), print out your order and mail it in with a check or money order. Our mailing address is on the order form and also at the bottom of this page for your convenience. Please note: orders submitted with checks can be delayed until checks clear. (Money orders are preferred) :) Can I use my paypal account? Yes! Use our shopping cart and in the drop down box labeled "Payment Option" choose "pay pal". You'll be taken to the paypal secure website to enter your payment to assistance@startunz.com. Paypal will immediately send us your payment notice, and we will fill your order! What is your delivery time? Orders to a continental US are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and international orders are usually shipped via Global Priority or Global Express. We generally ship within 1-2 business days; often the same day! On rare occassions, if we are awaiting a shipment, your order may take several additional days to ship. If you require next day or two day air, please telephone in your order so we can process it right away! What are international shipping charges for my country? We ship all International orders via International Priority Mail or Global Express, tracked, insured and relatively fast.The charges vary dependiing upon the destination and the weight of your package. The additional charge will be charged to the same credit card you used to make your order. In the shopping cart drop down box for Shipping and Handling Method please select "Non US..." which does not charge you for shipping at the time of checkout. Your shipping cost will be calculated by weight and destination, then added as a second charge to your credit card. (Or for Paypal users, a bill will be sent via Paypal for the shipping before your order is shipped). Please be aware when shipping internationally, there are several things that are beyond our control. Some countries will randomly delay international orders in customs - this is beyond our control. Also, some countries charge duties for which we are not responsible. Most countries require an invoice be attached to the outside of the package for customs purposes, and duties are based upon the value of your order. What is your refund policy? Please see our refund policy for detailed information. What about my personal information? StarTunz Productions values your business and respects your privacy. We will never trade or give away any information about you to any other party. We will use your personal information simply to fill and ship your order. You will receive no email or newsletters from us unless you have subscribed to our newsletter, specifically requested a product update, or asked a product or feng shui question.
