Please note that sales must be final for the following items: ceramics, glass, and electronics (including Wild Divine).

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt, by either calling 541-225-4639 or . We will request that you return the item insured via USPS (either first class or priority is fine) FED-EX, UPS,or DHL. You may choose from the following return options:

1) We will replace the item for you. If your item has been damaged or is defective, just call or and let us know within 3 days. Usually you must return the item before your item is replaced. We will reemburse shipping for items returned for replacement.

2) We will issue you store credit for the full purchase price of your item. If you've decided you do not want the item, simply call or and let us know within 3 days. Store credit will be issued for the amount of purchase (excluding shipping) upon our receipt of the returned item. Sorry we will not reemburse shipping for items returned for credit.

3) We will refund item charges less a 20% stocking fee and excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the item in resellable condition. Sorry, we will not reemburse shipping charges for items returned for refund. Please Note:Items returned for refund must be postmarked within 14 days of your initial request.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please or call us at 541-225-4639 us within 3 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. But please remember that returns must be pre-approved, unopened and in resellable condition.

PLEASE, you must or call us before returning an item. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Credit will be given on products excluding shipping fees. All items must be returned unused, in resellable condition postmarked within 7 days on your contacting us.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please call immediately to check your order status. We regret that we cannot guarantee any shipments made to addresses outside of the US, although we will contact shippers and file claims in an effort to locate missing packages. Sometimes, although rarely, customs can hold up an international shipments.

Regarding "Damaged Goods", damage is very unlikely, but in the rare event your purchase arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order by or call (541)-225-4639, and we will resolve any problems regarding damaged or incomplete shipments.

Please use a shipping service with insurance such as USPS First Class or Priority or UPS, Fed-ex, or DHL when returning items; we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged items. We cannot issue credit for items not received, or received in non-resellable condition. If items are broken in shipping, your credit will be held up until the claim is paid by the shipper, so please pack items well.


 

Your Credit Card Charges

Please note: your credit card statement or PayPal account will show a payment to "StarTunz Productions". Any credits will also show as being from StarTunz Productions.

Refused Packages

If for any reason shipment is refused by you, refunds are limited to your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. We regret that we cannot refund shipping fees.
